Throughout the course, you’ll practice reconnecting with yourself, finding strength, courage, and creative flow – one brushstroke, movement, or breath at a time. You’ll also have a supportive, creative space to experiment, express, and explore, and to carry that energy into your everyday life.
The title, The Art of Self-Healing, has a double meaning: healing is itself an art and something you can do through art. This mini-course invites you to reclaim your creative expression, make space for yourself, and nurture your whole being.
