Others have lost some of their life spark due to chronic illness, stress, or fatigue, and are in the process of reclaiming their energy and vitality. Many have tried different ways to heal, yet still tend to focus on others’ needs and opinions, often suppressing their deeper feelings and setting aside their own dreams and authenticity.
I work with sensitive, creative people who try hard but still doubt themselves. They long to live their own lives without creating chaos or hurting anyone. They want real change — not just to talk, but to feel different.

As an individual, couples, and family therapist and psychologist, I offer trauma therapy and work with some  mental health issues to a limited group of psychotherapy clients. 
While my courses and cards are carefully designed for sensitive people and are trauma-informed, they are not designed to cure or treat trauma or mental disorders or issues, and can in no way replace individual psychotherapy or other types of treatment with a trained professional.
As an individual, couples, and family therapist and psychologist, I offer trauma therapy and work with some  mental health issues to a limited group of psychotherapy clients. 
While my courses and cards are carefully designed for sensitive people and are trauma-informed, they are not designed to cure or treat trauma or mental disorders or issues, and can in no way replace individual psychotherapy or other types of treatment with a trained professional.
I put a great deal of love, time, education, and experience into everything I offer, and I’m deeply grateful for the many kind words and positive feedback I’ve received from clients and students over the years.
